Refund & Return Policy
At Berma Luxe, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused products.
Important Note: To ensure a smooth and fair return process, it is mandatory for every customer to record a short video while opening/unboxing the product immediately upon receipt. This video helps us verify the product condition and protects both you and the brand.
Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement: When you receive the product, you must record a clear video while opening the package. The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package being opened
- The product box and bottle with labels visible
- The product in its original condition
- Your order number or invoice (if possible) This video must be sent to us along with your return request. Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
- Record the unboxing video as soon as you receive the product.
- Email us at bermaluxe@gmail.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video attached
- We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) + return shipping instructions.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product (and verify the unboxing video), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products returned without the mandatory unboxing video
- Sale or discounted items
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Any product that has been tampered with
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please send us the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping charges).
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is to be paid by the customer (unless the product is defective or damaged).
