Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Any ongoing promotions or discounts on shipping will be displayed on our website or at checkout.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Delivery Time
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2-4 business days
- Other cities/rural areas: 4-7 business days
- Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details (if provided by our courier partner) so you can follow your delivery status.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for customers across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.
Delayed or Missing Orders
